Regression:Localization is not applied for "content settings" option under advanced.

Chrome Version: 56.0.2895.0 (Build officiel)Révision d9d3ea15202868716617ceb73ee8d5595778d504-refs/heads/master@{#426105}(32/64 bits)
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/manageLanguages page and select 'French' from 'All languages' list.
(2)Click on iron icon of hindi and select 'disply google chrome..' option, relauch the browser.
(3)Navigate to chrome://md-settings/ click on advanced and observe "content settings" option.

Actual:Localization is not applied for "content settings" option under advanced.

Expected:Localization should be applied for "content settings" option under advanced.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M56' and will soon update other info.

Manual regression range:
Good Build: 56.0.2894.0 
Bad Build: 56.0.2895.0 

Note: Issue not seen on Mac & Linux OS.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:56.0.2864.0(Revision: 425838).
Bad build: 56.0.2865.0 (Revision:426105).

You are probably looking for a change made after 426012 (known good), but no later than 426013 (first known bad).

I'm not able to reproduce this. I see "Parametres de contenu" on chrome os (which should have the same UI in this area). Please let me know if this is still happening - and if reasonable, please let me know if this different between windows and chrome os.
