What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> download 1,2 images>> open it in gallery>> click on edit mode>> minimize gallery>> again download one image>> go to Files.app>> right click>> get info>> Click on open>> observe gallery

Expected: The opened image from get info should not be seen with edit options enabled in gallery
Actual: Instead it's seen

Raising this a Non-Regression issue as this is a new feature introduced in M55

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Note: This issue is not seen when changing mode slide view to thumbnail view (Image is opening normally even it's in edit mode)
