Blue focus ring appears slightly bigger than expected in chrome://md-settings/searchEngines

Chrome Version: 56.0.2896.0 eb410d934c054b358be84d4bc63724e99cefa7c8-refs/heads/master@{#426358} (64 bit)
OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4, 10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines and click on any iron icon under 'Default search engines' and observe the blue focus ring

Actual: Blue focus ring appears slightly bigger than expected.
Expected: Blue focus ring should be seen properly

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-56 series as 'Blue focus ring' appears from build # 56.0.2894.0

Kindly review the attached screenshot for reference.

Note : Issue is not seen on Windows and will soon update Linux info :

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.6 chrome version 56.0.2896.0

The appearance is correct on Mac. The focus ring appearance is OS-dependent.
