Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2895.0 Revision d9d3ea15202868716617ceb73ee8d5595778d504-refs/heads/master@{#426105}(64bit) OS: Windows(7,8,10) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings page (2) Check on 'Show home button' radio button, then click on beside Use the New Tab Page or Other text (3) Observe the highlight on radio button. Actual: Unnecessary focus highlight stays on radio button after clicking beside the Use the New Tab Page or Other text. Expected: Focus highlight should not stays on radio button. This is a regression issue broken in 'M56' and below is the manual regression range: Good Build: 56.0.2886.0 Bad Build: 56.0.2888.0 Note: Issue is not seen while clicking on radio button i.e. highlight is not stays.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 56.0.2886.0 (Revision: 424099). Bad build: 56.0.2888.0 (Revision: 424625). You are probably looking for a change made after 424574 (known good), but no later than 424575 (first known bad). MD Settings has not yet launched, and we are working our way through a large list of bugs. Please hold off on pinging this, we will make sure it gets addressed before launching.
