Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Configure Chrome to "Open a specific page or set of pages" on start-up 2. Crash/kill Chrome 3. Restart Chrome - a prompt is displayed asking if you want to restore previously opened tabs 4. Close this dialog, you are left with a single default tab This forces you to... 5. Close and reopen Chrome to see expected start-up tabs What is the expected behavior? At step 3, Chrome should also offer to startup as normal and open the configured start-up pages What went wrong? Chrome does not provide an option to open the configured start-up pages following a crash. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.59 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I hit this problem fairly regularly due to system crashes unrelated to Chrome (e.g. hang on OS suspend/resume).
