Regression:Unwanted horizontal and vertical scroll bar is seen on zoom out in devtools.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.21 Revision b9eabca6f064bcaa5aa645e4b3eaba90cf47a43c-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#201}(32/64 bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome and open devtools (F12) on NTP. (2)Go to 'Console' and zoom out completely(Kindly refer the video) (3)Observe. Actual:Unwanted horizontal and vertical scroll bar is seen on zoom out. Expected:No such horizontal and vertical scroll bar should be seen on zoom out. This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,will soon update other info. Good build:55.0.2861.0 Bad build:55.0.2863.0 Note:Above issue is not seen on Mac OS.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 7,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 .Please find the below bisect information. Just to update, issue is observed on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 for chrome version 56.0.2900.0. @einbinder: Gentle ping, Request you to please take a look into it and provide an update on the same. Issue is broken in m55 and M55 is already in Beta nd will be pushed to stable soon.. Thanks.!

This doesn't seem worth fixing. It would require patching codemirror. |
