Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.143 (Official Build) m (32-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/157179?hl=en Other browsers tested: Firefox: OK - version 43.0.1 IE: OK - version 11.0.9600.18427 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) ctrl+f, type "link", enter => no results, OK (2) click on "Mouse shortcuts" to expand (3) ctrl+f, enter => no results, FAIL (4) ctrl+x, ctrl+v, enter => no results, FAIL (5) backspace, type "k" => results, OK What is the expected result? The search function should reflect the contents on the page, without having to type the search term again. Copy-pasting doesn't work, as it is not registering any changes, so you still get the wrong result. What happens instead? It is not picking up on the changes on the page. You have to type in the search box to make it update. Copy-pasting into it doesn't work. Also notice that you can get the search box to behave weird when collapsing the same section in the URL provided: Match 2 terms (so it says 2 of 12), collapse "Mouse shortcuts", ctrl-f, enter => Search box says "2 of 0"

Just retried the repo steps again on 60.0.3112.113, and I cannot reproduce it anymore. Seems to be solved.
