What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chromium browser tab 
(2) Click on user icon in the top right corner of the chromium tab
(3) Click on "Sign in to Chromium" button in the resulting dialog box
(4) Provide login name and password and submit 

What is the expected result?

Expect to be signed into Chromium account and the user icon should greet with the first name

What happens instead?
Get following error message "Uh-oh! Service unavailable. Please try again"
