Regression : Horizontal scroll bar overlaps the arrow icon when dragged to RHS

Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2895.0 d9d3ea15202868716617ceb73ee8d5595778d504-refs/heads/master@{#426105} (64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/searchEngines 2. Now resize the browser from RHS to LHS till iron icon is seen and click on iron icon to open drop down list. 3. Now drag the horizontal scroll bar to RHS with mouse cursor and observe the end tip of scrollbar Actual: Horizontal scroll bar overlaps the arrow icon when dragged to RHS Expected: Horizontal scroll bar should be seen properly This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info : Good build:56.0.2891.0 Bad build: 56.0.2894.0

It is observed that Good and Bad Builds given in issue are not correct.Please find the correct Builds as below. Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 55.0.2875.0 (Revision: 421703). Bad build: 55.0.2876.0 (Revision: 421986). You are probably looking for a change made after 421964 (known good), but no later than 421965 (first known bad).
