Version 54.0.2840.59 has a bug which is fixed in 54.0.2840.71. Can you update and see if that fixes it. Are you behind a Palo Alto Networks firewall, by any chance?

kitcheng005: The latest Chrome should not have this problem, so you shouldn't need to disable QUIC. Can you try with the latest Chrome?

Yes, it works now without QUIC disabled. When did the latest Chrome release? I thought I had Chrome auto-updated.

The latest Chrome stable was released on 10/20. Could you go to about://chrome to see which version you're on so that we could confirm whether it's the latest Chrome stable? Thanks!
