Nice-to-have: Indicate task/bot status in the tab header

Now that the swarming task page refreshes itself, it might be nice to have some indication of whether the task is pending/running/success/fail in the tab, either with favicon or text, eg. so I can leave a task tab open while waiting for it to finish, and not need to keep tabbing over to check on it.

I think the same might be useful for bots, but I have less of a use case for that.

Animated favicon would be kinda cool, e.g.

then removing the statement once live. In practice this would have to be done via javascript as as the page loads this information is not known yet.
