On Mac, secure textfields should use bullets |

Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2895.0 OS: 10.11 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Bring up a dialog with a secure text field (e.g. https://auth-demo.aerobatic.io/protected-standard/). (2) Type into the field. What is the expected output? Characters are represented as bullets (•). What do you see instead? Characters are represented as asterisks (*).
