Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox Next.
2. Chromevox+A+I
3. Navigate to the bottom and write a line of text without pressing enter or leaving any blank space.
4. Up arrow to the previous line.
5. Down arrow and read the next line.
Expected: The line is read out loud.
Actual: The line is not read... sometimes, a random word is spoken. The line can be navigated by word or character, but the whole line is not read out.
