Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Incognito tab 2. Open DevTools for the tab What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Incognito icon overlaps with Collapse button and blocks collapsing DevTools window. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.59 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.11.4 and Linux ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.59 and Latest canary 56.0.2895.0 with below steps 1.opened Incognito window 2.opened DevTools for the tab and not observed Incognito icon overlaps with Collapse button and blocks collapsing DevTools window. Pease find the attached screenshot and let me know if anything missed here.

Can't repro either, even with a separate window -- we just don't show the black bar or incognito icon for DevTools in this case. Do you have any themes installed?

No, no themes installed. I've checked out with my colleagues - some of them facing the same issue all the time, some of them never heard of it. Same OS w7, same Chrome v54. For me, sometimes I see OK case - semi-transparent header with black font title, sometimes there's dark header with white title (another time title is even black :/) + hat&glasses issue over collapse button. Weird. Repo is floating. Still see no correlation with anything.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 55.0.2883.87 and Latest canary 57.0.2963.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest version and let us know your observations if the issue still persists. Thanks..
