Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.135 Safari/537.36 Edge/12.10240 Steps to reproduce the problem: I was advised by GAFE chat support to create a new issue for this request. What is the expected behavior? The ability to disable passwords.google.com in the same way that other apps such as drive.google.com can be disabled within the admin console. What went wrong? There is no such option to do this (as confirmed by GAFE chat support). Restricting access to the "passwords.google.com" url within chrome management still allows the site to be accessed using other browsers. Preventing users from being able to save passwords altogether does not remove previously saved passwords from passwords.google.com and should be allowed while still being able to block passwords.google.com. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 42.0.2311.135 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 This is a major security issue for GAFE because users save personal credentials while logged in with their GAFE account. Google Admin Console password reset admins have the ability to reset a user's password and retrieve all of their saved passwords (including student's parent credentials if saved while their child was logged in to chrome).

This is not a chrome feature request, since the goal is to prevent other browsers from accessing that URL (i.e. they want an option for Dasher CPanel). Closing this bug, and suggesting that the customer reach out once again to their GAFE representative and ask them to open a feature request with the CPanel team. maxkirsch: FYI
