Regression: [Settings] Weird blue color traces is seen in 'Street address' text box.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2840.68 (Official Build)e5934e0f324e72f35dac7868c9b554a4295b2ceb-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#755} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,10). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://settings/autofillEditAddress and go to 'Street address' section. 2. Press and hold the 'Space' key till cursor reaches to end and then press 'Ctrl' + 'A' key. 3. Now, press 'Delete' or 'Backspace' key from keyboard and observe. Weird traces is seen in 'Street address' text box. No such traces should seen in 'Street address' text box. This is a regression issue broken in M-51 series, below is bisect info. Good build: 51.0.2686.0 Bad build: 51.0.2687.0 Narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/5ebf469532e32d536ff43cbac7f556caf0ac4886..70588c566c9586dc1fc3ad7e280d1b3ddf202dcc?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r382313 ? @chrishtr: Kindly help to reassign, if your changes are not related to this issue. Note: 1. To reproduce the issue, repeat the above steps 3-4 times. 2. This issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

Also, the bug has nothing to do with selection newlines. On linux, following the steps above leads to a blinking cursor that alternates with showing a small selection rectangle off on the RHS. ?
