Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.68 Revision e5934e0f324e72f35dac7868c9b554a4295b2ceb-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#755} 32/64-bit OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Precondition : Please enable ‘Site settings with All sites and Site details’ flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate www.google.com, click on ‘View site info’ icon, change the ‘Flash’ permission to ‘Always detect important..’ and reload the page. 2. Now navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings, click on ‘All sites’ and select ‘https://www.google.co.in' site entry. 3. Observe ‘Flash’ permission drop down list. Actual : Permission does not get updated for ‘Flash’, instead empty permission list is seen. Expected : Permission should get updated for ‘Flash’ and permission list should not be empty. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-53 build 53.0.2766.0 as in previous builds ‘Add site exception’ option was not available. Note : Issue is not seen on Linux (14.04 LTS) OS.
