Issue descriptionChromeOS Build 8872.15.0/55.0.2883.17 Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: Start hangout session for current user from other device Wait for auto dismisses. Expected Result: Actual Result: Notification of hangout call stays and not auto dismissed after some timeout. Notification dismissed once call is disconnected by other user. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) 100% What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible.

Are you sure this isn't WAI? Is it a recent regression? Apps can make notifcations non-dismissable such that they don't disappear without user interaction.

Notification auto dismissed on older builds. but not sure about WAI, someone from hangout team need to confirm.

I'm still seeing this issue with Chrome Google Hangouts notification, where hangout call doesn't disconnect after timeout. Observed on M-62 dev build (Chrome OS 9901.38.0, 62.0.3202.46)

For Chrome App's Hangout, confirmed |never_timeout| flag is set for the Hangout notification, which is available from requireInteraction flag in chrome.notifications. This is WAI. |
