Uninstaller to remove Chrome completely from OSX 10.10.X

Steps to reproduce the problem:
There is an issue with our Mac OS image and we need an uninstaller to remove Chrome completely from our OSX fleet. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
We are unable to completely remove Chrome before reinstalling Chrome.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS version 10.10.X
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

A few questions:

Can you explain what is failing?
Can you explain how you were un-installing in the past?
Is the behavior change apparent in 53 vs 54 or is it related to a MacOS Update?
