Issue descriptionVersion: Chrome Canary 56.0.2890.0 OS: Android 7.1.0; Pixel Build/NDE63J What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit www.newyorker.com/business/currency/the-real-soylent-sickness in portrait mode. (2) Scroll down the page (3) Rotate phone to landscape mode. (4) Rotate phone to portrait mode. What is the expected output? Page should stay at the same place as phone is rotated What do you see instead? After step 3, the page scrolls to the top again. Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

On 69.0.3497.100, page no longer scroll to the top at step 3 or 4. The position in landscape and portrait are a bit different, but it's at same position on portrait mode as before rotation. I think it's ok to close this now. |
