Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2883.17/8872.15.0 samus Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: 1. Login with User A and go to Gdrive 2. Share some of files with User B Expected Result: Should be able to share the file Actual Result: Empty dialog opens and unable to close that dialog either Should close the file app to dismiss. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible.

This empty share dialog is pops up when the email address is not complete (eg test1@gmail.com just typing the test1 and click on send button. And its reliably reproduced on Samus on M55 build

I was able to reproduce this issue only on samus and chell. I guess this can occur on HiDPI displays. Interestingly, clicking outside the blank dialog recovers the state. Will look into more.

Any update on this? This is marked as a 55 stable blocker and we are nearing 55 stable.

I have not found the root cause yet, but I think this issue should not block the release since: * This is not a recent regression. M54 is also has the same issue. * This occurs only on HiDPI devices such as link, samus, chell.

Does not reproduce on my sentry device v67. I don't have samus or chell to test on. Given how long this bug has been open with no reports from the field, I am closing this. |
