build36-b1 is out of disk space.

Project Member Reported by d...@chromium.org, Oct 18 2016

Issue description

See title.

A quick profile shows:
36G checkout
34G git_cache
7.2G rr (recipe runtime, most "full-build-mac.zip"

Total disk size is 108G.

None of these numbers looks unreasonable. Can we give more disk to this system?

No. We can't. It's a MacBookAir, which has a soldered on SSD.

+dtu@, since you added this bot. The problem is that the fundamental build layout is pushing the bounds of the disk, whose size is not able to be changed. Is there any low-hanging fruit we can target to reduce the space requirements for this build?

Comment 4 by d...@chromium.org, Oct 19 2016

There is an alternative, which is not something we really like to do, which is to add an external USB drive.

We can't purchase another MBA of this generation with larger on-board storage, as it was made in 2015.

The USB drive also might not be a good solution due to this being a Perf bot and that could mess with performance testing.

I think the plan is to order more and move them all onto Swarming, which should reduce the disk size requirements.
Ping - please provide an update to your high priority bug. This bug is stale. Is it really P-1?

Bot doesn't exist anymore?
