For Android Galaxy S5 Perf (2), Android Nexus6 WebView Perf (2) & Android Nexus6 WebView Perf (3)  the device blacklisting is very inconsistent.   I am going to replace the hosts so that the usb 3.0 chain is complete and not a mix of 2.0/3.0 as currently is.

Device 0a38ca3e  was blacklisted on that one run with the following error "Adding 0a38ca3e to blacklist /b/rr/tmpd2cwDx/w/src/out/bad_devices.json for reason: USB failure".   Calling this one a flake.

On some of the runs prior to the blacklisting, tests were failing on the same device because there weren't any test results (usually happens because the test wasn't successfully run.)

These S5's are jut not solid, are they?

No, they don't appear to be.

Re: Android Galaxy S5 Perf (2) host has been replaced.   It's all usb 3.0 now.
