Unable to drag url in search bookmarks field in chrome://bookmarks/

Chrome Version:55.0.2883.18 Revision fef9e129659e95716a20748335f5921e324bab8a-refs/branch-heads/2883@{#164} (32/64 Bit) 
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and bookmark any 2-3 webpages.
(2)Navigate to chrome://bookmarks/ , drag any one url in 'search bookmarks' field, observe.

Actual: Unable to drag url in search bookmarks field.

Expected: Should be able to drag url in search bookmarks field.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M30' series i.e 30.0.1549.1

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11.6 chrome version 55.0.2883.18
