Flex box on RTL direction

OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 7,Linux Ubuntu 14.04,Mac 10.11.4 with Chrome stable version-54.0.2840.59 and latest Canary version-56.0.2895.0 with the below steps:

1.Opened Chrome Version : 54.0.2840.59
2.Clicked on URL-https://github.com/Fyrd/caniuse/issues/2904
3.Opened URL- http://jsbin.com/gobisimiyo/edit?output in new tab
4.Able to view the page without 'red' section 3
5.Only section 1 & section 2 with Blue & green colors.


Please find the attached screencast & let us know if we miss anything to reproduce the issue.

I don't immediately understand this issue but it seems related to the negative left/right margins

I was able to reproduce on Version 56.0.2905.0 dev (64-bit)
UI direction doesn't matter but you do need to resize the window
