Regression : Unwanted blink is seen inside the check box after clicking on iron icon in chrome://md-settings/languages

Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2894.0 9e01f1257eb75274157fe7d246869b32d24b155b-refs/heads/master@{#425838} (64-bit) OS: Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4),Mac Retina OS X(10.11.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/languages 2. Now click on iron icon besides 'English' language and observe the checkbox Actual: Unwanted blink is seen inside the check box after clicking on iron icon Expected: Unwanted blink should not be seen inside the check box after clicking on iron icon This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 56’ and will soon update other info : Good build:56.0.2891.0 Bad build: 56.0.2894.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 56.0.2891.0 (Revision: 425529). Bad build: 56.0.2894.0 (Revision: 425838). You are probably looking for a change made after 425533 (known good), but no later than 425534 (first known bad). This is related to my changes, although I have not been able to repro on Linux. Will try on my Mac sometime soon.
