Regression: Blue highlight doesn't appears properly after pressing tab key in chrome://history

Chrome Version: 56.0.2891.0 (Official Build)Revision	db45a537654c59feee0308a5643cff514ea6446e-refs/heads/master@{#425529} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and Navigate to chrome://history
(2)Press tab key till focus reaches 'chrome history' optuion of menu list,observe.

Actual: Blue highlight doesn't appears properly after pressing tab key(i.e it appears thin on R.H.S)

Expected: Blue highlight should appear properly after pressing tab key.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M56' and will soon update other info.
