Regression : ’Advanced’ section does not collapse after clicking on it, in md-settings 'Main menu' list.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 56.0.2894.0 (Official Build) 9e01f1257eb75274157fe7d246869b32d24b155b-refs/heads/master@{#425838} 64-bit
OS : Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page.
2. Click on ‘Main menu’ icon, toggle ‘Advanced’ section and select ‘Languages’ option.
3. Now reload the page, again click on ‘Main menu’ icon and click on ‘Advanced’, observe.

Actual : In “Main menu’ list, ’Advanced’ section does not collapse after step 3.
Expected : In “Main menu’ list, ’Advanced’ section should get collapsed after step 3.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-56’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update bisect info.
Good build : 56.0.2891.0
Bad build : 56.0.2894.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build:56.0.2891.0(Revision:425529).
Bad build: 56.0.2894.0 (Revision:425838).

You are probably looking for a change made after 425794 (known good), but no later than 425795 (first known bad).
