Non-Regression: Accessibility focus ring is seen misaligned on doing tab operation in accessibility settings |

Issue descriptionVersion: 56.0.2890.0/8909.0.0 Daisy,peppy and Gnawty OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Recover OS via USB>> Click on accessibility settings>> Enable ChromeVox (spoken feedback)>> try to navigate to below features using tab button>> and obsevre Expected: Accessibility focus ring should be seen center aligned on the enable disable button Actual: Instead Accessibility focus ring is seen overlapping with the ripple bubble of the enable disable button Note: No overlapping is seen on enabled options on doing tab operation Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows This is a Non-Regression issue as this is a new material design introduced in M55 only @dmazzoni: Please confirm the behavior
