On performing pinch to zoom country drop down list appear touch zoom incorrent on ubuntu touch screen.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.59 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page with input select box on ubuntu touch screen.
2. Touch the select box and touch drop down list.
3. The touch position was set to the relative position of the page.

What is the expected behavior?
The touch position was set to the relative position of the page.

What went wrong?
The touch position was set to the relative position of the page.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.59  Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I touch the search select box then I touch the firest option, but [Project: chromium] was touched.

Unable to reproduce this issue on windows-10 (TouchScreen) using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.59 and Latest canary56.0.2891.7 with steps mentioned above.
Observed that the touch position was set to the relative position of the page.

Unable to test the issue on ubuntu touch screen due to Hardware dependency and adding respective team to traige
