Builder failed at compiling gwt code

The top of tree builder failed at compiling the GWT frontend code. The error log is at https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/guado_moblab-paladin/builds/4026/steps/BuildPackages/logs/stdio

However, I could not reproduce it locally.

Looks like the in the trybot environment the library libcups.so.2 is not installed. But on our local workstation it is. Any recent change?
