With the lab ACL change, devserver needs to be in the same subnet of the servo for update_beaglebone to be able to update the servo image.

There are couple issues:
1. the script gets the devserver list from server database, which is out of date. The devserver list is in shadow config.
2. The subnet info is in shadow config, update_beaglebone needs to pick a devserver in the same subnet.
