Adding location component for their input

As this seems to be a feature request, marking it as Untriaged.

Amount of effort is under investigation. 

blumberg@, dslovin@,  I guess you're referring to [1]? What's the status
of this bug?
Also, given that having GPS is not expected (right?), the next best source
of location will be WiFi SSIDs, but we're already using those if available
via wifi_data_provider_win.cc [2].
