Non-Regression: Blank pages are seen on rotating when read in bed extension is added

Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/read-in-bed/gjbepkalbfffninamijgbcniiiogcgjp

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and add above extension >> Go to any page[F1 for help page] >> Hit ctrl+shift+ -> or ctrl+shift+ down arrow and observe

Expected: Content should be seen even on rotating.
Actual: Instead blank page is seen.

NOTE: In some pages content loads but no scrollbar is seen and in some pages unwanted spaces are seen above and below content.

This is a Non-regression issue as same is seen from M36 series.
