Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to chrome://physical-web 2. Disable Bluetooth/Location/Data Connection, etc. so that Physical Web becomes OFF 3. Click the "Browse the Physical Web" Button What is the expected behavior? It should not be clickable What went wrong? The button is not disabled Did this work before?
