OS:  Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://play.google.com/store/movies/details/Independence_Day_Resurgence?id=lfLe5NHPZko&hl=en
2. Play the video and click on the 'Send Feedback' icon on top RHS of the video frame.
3. Now press F11 key and observe the page when it goes in full screen mode.

Actual: Weird white patch is observed at the bottom of the video while the page goes in fullscreen mode.

Expected: No such white patch should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51.
