Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load Intercom (intercom.io) in your background page for analytics. 2. Intercom injects 2 iFrames in the background page which both do not have an "href" attribute. 3. Multiple background page generic iframes appear. What is the expected behavior? Only one background page appears. What went wrong? I'm not sure anything really went wrong. This may be intentional - it just makes for a more confusing UX I suppose. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.59 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 The main issue I'm really running into here is that when I give our users instructions to get us debug logs when our extension acts strange, they get confused about the multiple links.

->IFrame, should verify that this should indeed be a crbug.

Cool - again I don't think it's a bug. But it's somewhat confusing when we try to get our users to get us debug logs because they don't know which Background page link to click.
