Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.16 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. git clone https://chromium.googlesource.com/angle/angle 2. export GYP_GENERATORS=ninja 3. python scripts/bootstrap.py 4. gclient sync 5. ninja -C out/Debug/ angle_end2end_tests 6. out/Debug/angle_end2end_tests --gtest_filter="UniformBufferTest.ActiveUniformNumberAndName*" What is the expected behavior?
