Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) open chromium with --enable-unsafe-es3-apis (2) navigate to https://www.khronos.org/registry/webgl/sdk/tests/conformance2/textures/misc/active-3d-texture-bug.html?webglVersion=2 What is the expected output? All tests pass. What do you see instead? GPU process crashes. On Mac OSX with Intel GPUs, drawArrays will crash when activating TEXTURE1 for 3d texture. This is a driver bug on Mac OSX 10.12 with Intel GPUs. Mac OSX 10.11 doesn’t crash.
