Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.93.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.144 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://play.google.com/music/listen#/now Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open the chrome brouwser. 2. Go to "https://play.google.com/music/listen#/now" and login. 3. Play music with a surround speaker set. What is the expected behavior? You will expect that only two speakers give sound and the others don't. What went wrong? You're supposed to hear sound from all speakers instead of two speakers. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 53.0.2785.144 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8530.93.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I'd like to have it fixed.

if you are using Windows machine, does it repro with Windows media player? if the issue is NOT limit to Chrome browser, then please check your windows setting.

It works fine whith the windows mediaplayer. So it's not a problem with my setup. Sorry for the the lay

dale@, as per c#5, this issue only repro on Chrome but not on WMP, do you know what's the possible reason? I don't have surround speaker to repro.

You need to go into chrome://flags and enable try supported channel layouts. Sadly this functionality crashes some clients so we can't enable by default.
