Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2891.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: On Canary: Visit chrome://help. You will notice this is a new material design help page. Visit chrome://chrome. This page still uses the old UI What is the expected behavior? These pages should be exactly the same. What went wrong? UI Difference Did this work before? Yes 55.x Chrome version: 56.0.2891.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I generally use chrome://chrome. chrome://flags/#enable-md-settings must be enabled.

Tested on Win-10 using chrome canary 56.0.2891.0 and stable 54.0.2840.59 with the f0llowing steps, 1.opened chrome browser 2.Navigated to chrome://flags # enabled md-settings and relaunched 3.Navigated to chrome://chrome page 4.Navigated to chrome://help page Observation: The two pages are not exactly the same. same behaviour observerd from M-53. tsrwebgl@ please find the attached screencast and let me know if I missed anything from my side.
