[css-grid] Wrong baseline is used for aligning an inline-grid on a line

Issue description

Version: 55.0.2883.11 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)load the attached testcase
(2)
(3)

What is the expected output?
All "A"s are baseline aligned.

What do you see instead?
Some "B"s are aligned instead.

I think @jfernandez is working on baseline alignment patches, so I understand it's known that this is failing right now.
Yes, I hope to have all these baseline issues fixed soon.
