Missed this issue initially - my change is not related (it was a test-only change). It's unclear to me what the bug is - can you upload a before/after? Is the issue just that the textbox is too long? It looks like govind@ updated strings here: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/34d8d2545e104abf22fedcc3fb00618e848b48be govind@, is it possible that we increased the length of a string causing this box to overflow in this case? Even if so, it seems like this is dependent on screen resolution/etc... so the real fix is probably to allow the dropdown/bubble to scroll?

Hello ericrk@, https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/34d8d2545e104abf22fedcc3fb00618e848b48be (55.0.2873.0) is part of weekly automatic translation extraction/dump. So I don't have any idea here. Sorry.

Ok - So this is probably just a case of the UI not handling the new longer text. I'm not familiar with the code area in question, can someone on UI>Browser>Bubbles triage?

This is not a localization bug. Can't confirm that it's still relevant to the current English UI.
