What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start the Blimp Client.
(2) Open mail.google.com
(3) Try to pinch-zoom on the page.

What is the expected output?
After pinch-zoom, the focus should remain the original anchor point for the gesture.

What do you see instead?
After the zoom, it looks like the page momentarily remains anchored to the correct point but then suddenly jumps to an arbitrary point.

Note: If you disconnect the client from the engine, so there is no state sync occurring with the engine and the interaction is completely local, no problem is seen. It only occurs when you are actively synchronizing with the engine.
