Cannot access higheredjobs.com website

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 53.0.2785.143
OS Version: OS X 10.9.5
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:  fail
  Firefox 4.x:  fail
     IE 7/8/9: NA

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Google higheredjobs.com
2.  Cliik on main address from google search results
3.  Get error message

What is the expected result?
Expected to open the website page

What happens instead of that?
I get the following error message:

This site can’t be reached

www.higheredjobs.com unexpectedly closed the connection.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7,Mac 10.11.4 , Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome version-53.0.2785.143 and latest Canary version-56.0.2889.0 with the below steps:

1.Launch Chrome
2.Search "higheredjobs.com" in google.com
3.Search results page displayed with "higheredjobs.com"
4.Click on "HigherEdJobs - Jobs in Higher Education"
5. "https://www.higheredjobs.com" launched successfully

Please find the attached screencast for reference & let us know if i miss any steps to reproduce the issue.
