What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up 3-dot menu in Chrome.
2. Select "Cast".
3. Click on the arrow at the top, to view the cast sources.
What is the expected result?
It should display an option to "Extend desktop".
What happens instead of that?
It displays either "Cast tab", or "Cast desktop".
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

To clarify, are you looking to effectively attach your TV as a second monitor to your computer?

Apologies for not answering this earlier - I must have missed the notification for this. To clarify - yes - I would like to use a TV (or other screen with a Chromecast attached) as a second monitor for any desktop.
