Issue 65587: Incorrect rendering of css inset box shadow on boxes with rounded corners

Issue description

Chrome Version (from the about:version page): 7.0.517.36 beta
Is this the most recent version: Yes (in Linux)
OS + version: Ubuntu 10.10
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 32-bit
Window manager: gnome 2.32.0
URLs (if relevant): http://bit.ly/fmQLix
Behavior in Linux Firefox: OK
Behavior in Windows Chrome: FAIL
Behavior in Mac Chrome: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an html element.
2. Change the element appearance with css. Add width, height, inset box shadow and border radius.

What is the expected result?
A box with rounded corners and box shadow, see screenshot at http://cl.ly/171b2D162e1Z1k0N0z1p

What happens instead?
A box with sharp corners and a strangely rendered box shadow, see screenshot at http://cl.ly/3F0S0j463Y3R0Y0Z1h0i
