Chromium DevTools Linux FYI builder is always failing

The git fetch in src/third_party/WebKit/Source/devtools/npm_modules always fails:

fatal: remote error: Git repository not found

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/Chromium%20DevTools%20Linux

Please fix it or delete the builder.

I'll fix it once I finish getting approvals to publish the git repo with our node modules (compliance review).
