This has been happening for me for about 1 month or so, on Arch Linux 2 machines. Currently on v 54.0.2840.100 (64-bit). Always gives the above instead of the 3 chromecasts we have. Used to work fine. If I disable the media router setting in flags, and install the home cast extension, then the devices appear but the cast never connects.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
To enable support for Chromecast devices on Chromium:

1. Navigate to chrome://flags
2. Find load-media-router-component-extension and set to "enabled"
3. Restart browser

It seems that setting the "load-media-router-component-extension" flag to "enabled" broke Chromium for some people :(

But it seems it has a restricted access for the moment.
