I frequently send my CL to CQ dry run (as "git cl try" now send the CL to CQ dry run) and ask my reviewer to send the CL to CQ if they think it look good to them. They tell me that they cannot send the CL to CQ with the "lgtm+cq" button.

Currently the only way to do this is for me to untick the "CQ dry run" button. This is painful. I think it should be valid to use "lgtm+cq" button even if the CL is in the "CQ dry run".
